These Terms of Service govern your use of spartaprosport.com and your purchase of products or services from Sparta Pro Sport.

By visiting our website, requesting a quote, approving a custom order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, photos, and prices accurately.

Because many products are handmade or made to order, minor variations in color, texture, stitching, dimensions, weight, shape, and appearance may occur. Such reasonable manufacturing variations are not considered defects.

Product dimensions and filled weights described as estimated or approximate may vary depending on materials, filling density, and custom specifications.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders may include special dimensions, colors, logos, graphics, materials, construction details, or other customer-requested modifications.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all order specifications before production begins.

Approval may be provided through email, text message, invoice payment, written confirmation, artwork approval, or another recorded form of communication.

Once production has started, custom orders generally cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK

Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use any logos, names, trademarks, graphics, images, or other artwork submitted to Sparta Pro Sport.

The customer is responsible for claims resulting from unauthorized use of submitted artwork or intellectual property.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. A custom quote is valid only for the period stated in the quote or invoice.

Production may not begin until the required payment or deposit has been received.

Any unpaid balance must be paid according to the invoice terms and may be required before shipment, delivery, pickup, or installation.

Sparta Pro Sport may correct pricing, description, or availability errors and may cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious error.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order due to product availability, incorrect pricing, payment concerns, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud, safety concerns, or an inability to complete the requested custom work.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur because of material availability, custom production, carrier delays, weather, holidays, freight scheduling, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss may transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

LARGE AND FREIGHT ORDERS

Boxing rings, MMA cages, large punching bags, gym installations, and other oversized products may require freight delivery.

The customer is responsible for confirming that the delivery location has sufficient access, door clearance, unloading space, equipment, and personnel.

Unless specifically included in writing, freight delivery does not include unloading, inside delivery, assembly, installation, removal of packaging, or disposal of old equipment.

INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

Products must be assembled, installed, mounted, suspended, inspected, and used correctly.

Customers are responsible for confirming that walls, ceilings, floors, frames, anchors, supports, and mounting structures are suitable for the equipment and expected training loads.

Professional installation is recommended for hanging bags, boxing rings, MMA cages, wall-mounted equipment, and other heavy products.

Inspect equipment regularly. Stop using any product that shows damage, loose hardware, torn material, structural movement, or excessive wear.

SPORTS AND TRAINING RISK

Boxing, MMA, martial arts, fitness training, and combat sports involve a risk of injury.

Our equipment does not eliminate the risk of injury. Customers and users are responsible for proper instruction, supervision, protective equipment, maintenance, and safe use.

WARRANTIES

Any product-specific warranty will be described on the product page, quote, invoice, or written warranty documentation.

Unless otherwise stated, warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Improper use
• Improper installation
• Outdoor exposure when the product is not designed for outdoor use
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Damage caused by sharp objects, chemicals, moisture, fire, excessive loads, or unsuitable mounting structures
• Commercial misuse or use outside the product’s intended purpose

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparta Pro Sport will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use, misuse, installation, transportation, or inability to use a product.

Our total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product or order, except where applicable law does not allow such a limitation.

WEBSITE CONTENT

All website content, including product photographs, graphics, designs, text, logos, and page layouts, belongs to Sparta Pro Sport or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the website to commit fraud, introduce malicious software, interfere with website operation, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in unlawful activity.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state in which Sparta Pro Sport is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will become effective when posted on the website.
