Refund policy

At Sparta Pro Sport, we manufacture and sell professional boxing, MMA, martial arts, and fitness equipment. Please review this policy before placing your order.
STANDARD PRODUCTS
Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 14 days after delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must:
• Be unused and in its original condition
• Have no signs of training, wear, damage, dirt, or installation
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase
Before returning a product, contact us at prosportsparta@gmail.com to request return authorization. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Custom-made, personalized, modified, branded, or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund after production has started.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Custom-size punching bags
• Custom colors or printed designs
• Products manufactured with a customer’s logo
• Boxing rings and MMA cages
• Custom gym equipment
• Products made according to customer-provided specifications
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all dimensions, colors, designs, logos, and order details before production begins.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Inspect your order immediately after delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
Please provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of any visible shipping damage
Do not discard the packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
If we confirm that the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, we may repair the product, replace it, provide replacement parts, or issue a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Visible damage to freight shipments should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. If possible, photograph the shipment before it is unloaded or unpacked.
Failure to document visible freight damage at delivery may affect the ability to submit a carrier claim.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged during shipping, or sent incorrectly.
Original shipping, freight, delivery, installation, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Customers are responsible for safely packaging approved returns. We are not responsible for products damaged during return transportation.
REFUNDS
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders for standard products may be canceled before shipment.
Custom and made-to-order products may only be canceled before materials have been ordered or production has started. If materials have already been purchased or production has begun, the order may be non-refundable or subject to deductions for materials, labor, design work, and processing costs.
