Shipping policy

Sparta Pro Sport ships professional boxing, MMA, martial arts, fitness, and custom-manufactured equipment.

ORDER PROCESSING

In-stock products are generally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom and made-to-order products require additional production time. The estimated production schedule will depend on the product, dimensions, materials, colors, artwork, and current production workload.

Large products such as boxing rings, MMA cages, custom punching bags, and gym equipment may require several weeks for production.

Any estimated completion or delivery date is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs depend on:

• Delivery location
• Product dimensions and weight
• Number of packages
• Shipping method
• Freight requirements
• Residential or commercial delivery
• Liftgate, inside delivery, or appointment requirements

Shipping costs may be displayed at checkout, included in a custom quote, or invoiced separately after the order has been reviewed.

LARGE AND OVERSIZED PRODUCTS

Large punching bags, boxing rings, MMA cages, mats, and other oversized equipment may ship by freight carrier.

Freight delivery usually means curbside delivery unless another service is included in writing.

The customer may be responsible for:

• Unloading the shipment
• Providing a forklift or loading dock
• Providing sufficient personnel
• Moving products inside the building
• Assembly and installation
• Liftgate or appointment fees
• Limited-access or residential delivery charges

Please inform us before shipment if the delivery location is residential, has limited access, or does not have a loading dock or forklift.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, shipping method, and product size.

Carrier transit times begin after the product has been manufactured and dispatched. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Weather, holidays, freight schedules, material delays, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided when available. Some freight shipments may be tracked directly through the carrier using a shipment or PRO number.

DELIVERY INSPECTION

Inspect all packages and freight before accepting delivery.

For freight shipments:

• Check the packaging for tears, dents, punctures, crushed areas, or missing pieces
• Count all packages and components
• Photograph visible damage
• Write a description of damage on the delivery receipt before signing
• Keep all packaging and shipping documents

Signing a freight delivery receipt without noting visible damage may confirm that the shipment was received in acceptable condition.

CONCEALED DAMAGE

If damage is discovered after unpacking, contact us immediately and no later than 5 calendar days after delivery.

Send your order number, photographs of the product, photographs of the packaging, and a description of the damage to prosportsparta@gmail.com.

INCORRECT ADDRESS AND MISSED DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and delivery contact.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, missed delivery appointment, refused shipment, storage fee, re-delivery, address correction, or unavailable unloading equipment may be charged to the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, import restrictions, or other local fees.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

ORDER CHANGES

Changes to the delivery address or shipping service must be requested before shipment. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the carrier has received the order.

LOCAL PICKUP OR DELIVERY

Local pickup, direct delivery, assembly, or installation may be available for certain products by prior arrangement. Availability and pricing must be confirmed before the order is completed.
